Outcome:

Philip Pulley was charged by the federal government with one felony count of voter registration fraud, two felony counts of voting more than once in a federal election, and two felony counts of voter fraud. He registered in 1996 to vote in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he resides. But in 2018, he also registered to vote in Broward County, Florida, and in 2020, he also registered to vote in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, by providing false information. During the 2020 general election, he voted in person in Montgomery County, applied for an absentee ballot in Philadelphia County, and applied for and submitted an absentee ballot in Broward County. During the 2022 general election, he voted early in Broward County and voted in-person on election day in Philadelphia and Montogomery Counties. He pleaded guilty to voter registration fraud, voting more than once in a federal election, and two counts of voter fraud in exchange for dismissal of the 3rd felony charge of voting more than once in a federal election. Pulley is awaiting sentencing.
