Jerry Foster was charged in Orange County with false affirmation and voting as an unqualified elector, both third degree felonies, because he voted despite being a convicted felon. Foster was convicted of and served prison time for sexual battery of a child in 2009. However, he registered and voted in the 2020 general election. Foster pleaded guilty to both counts and was ordered to pay a total of $518 in fines.
